Great resource
Great illustrations and well organized information. I would recommend this book for all cat owning humans. It's important to know how your pet communicates and what they are trying to communicate.

Friendly and Informative
The illustrations are very clear and the language simple. Particularly interesting are the "Know the Difference" pages, like the one on arched back posture which explains three possible moods expressed by an arched back and how to tell them apart using the rest of the body language.Experienced cat owners will already know much of this information but may still learn a couple things. (I didn't know about "pain face" or stress yawns.) And if you've ever been frustrated trying to explain to someone else how he can tell the cat is stressed and he should give it space, this book might be just what you're looking for.

Well Done info, small sized book
Beautifully made, good drawings. Great teaching tool or older child's tool. It's a small size, but was a good teaching tool.

Good info for new cat owners and fun for kids
As a long time dog trainer and rescuer, I was fluent in dog, not cat! However, we have learned to communicate and now the dogs are jealous of her. This book may well be donated to our library for more people and kids in 4-H to access.
