Yes. Two people fight and 999,998 act as judges. Then the winner goes on to the next round. Continue this for approximately 100 years and everyone should get a turn.

Chuck Norris is a card, but I wouldn't call him game breaking. Bruce Lee is in there too, and he always beats Chuck Norris. Also if any character wins three fights in a row they get retired. So Chuck Norris won't stay out for very long even if you can't find a challenger to defeat him.

Q: What if i'm 801 years old? can i still play or am i too old?

801 is definitely too old. Perhaps consider a mammoth hunt instead?

Nope. Only the Red Expansion is inappropriate. All of the other decks are good for all ages. Though there might be a few references that small children don't get.

10 bionic Chuck Norrises vs Bruce Lee with an exoskeleton and an electric whip

Brilliant game with the right people (a perfect balance of geeky and opiniated). Debating who wins goes off into wild tangents and weird scenarios. A very easy way to make an evening fly by.
