Great for small spaces
I own several bottle jacks but was doing some work in tight spaces. My old 9" tall bottle jacks couldn't fit.I purchased this and was able to insert it into spaces greater than 4" with ease.While it's only able to lift 2" at a time, I'd lift, put in a brace, set it on a 2" block, then lift another 2". It's very easy to use.After a year I had a little trouble getting pressure and emailed tech support. They got back to me a few hours later, and even created a video showing me how to unscrew the rear cap to add more oil.I was really impressed with their customer service. I would buy from them again.

Just what it said it was.
All I have to do was go to the nearest hydraulics shop and for $12 get a connector that matched my hydraulic hand pump.

It's not a enerpac... BUT!
This is not an Enerpac, it doesn't feel like an enerpac, and I was skeptical that it could indeed generate 20 tons. Now I'm not sure if it was able to produce the full advertised force, but it generated enough force to bend 2 1" bars of 1045 hot rolled steel when I was pressing out a 4 inch diameter press fit housing in 2" thick aluminum... at literally 1/10 the cost of the enerpac setup I can vouch that it works.
