Great product, easy installation, great price

I’m very impressed with the Gotonovo Rainfall Shower System. The overall build quality is excellent - the stainless‑steel shower head and solid brass valve feel sturdy and well‑made, and the matte black finish gives the bathroom a clean, modern look. Installation was straightforward, and all the components fit together securely without any leaks. The rainfall shower head delivers a wide, even spray that feels luxurious, and the handheld sprayer has strong, consistent pressure, making it great for rinsing and cleaning. The diverter and controls operate smoothly, and the temperature balance is steady with no sudden fluctuations.

This is my 3rd. Review for this shower system. The first two were for their customer support. This one is for the shower system itself. The plumber who installed it said he installs these all of the time, and he never experiences any issues, or any customer complaints. People mention the water outlets being backwards. If you look in your manual the handle is pointing correctly when it's pointing to either hot or cold. Long story short the valve and the markings are correct. I had my plumber verify just in case. Anyways... The action of the valve is buttery smooth. With good water pressure you could drowned yourself with the amount of water this thing puts out. If your not getting good flow remove the shower head and clean the screen on the washer in the shower head (that's all it is) the instructions tell you to run water through the pipe to flush out debris. I didn't do it, and sure enough that little washer filter was clogged. Now this thing puts tons of water out. It's every bit as good as my high dollar Delta setup in my master bath. And I paid about one quarter as much for this system, and I like this one BETTER. I prattle on for an hour. One last thing I got black because this is going in a low use bathroom. I would strongly recommend going with one of the metal finishes in a high use bathroom the black might not hold up as well, I've already scratched it. But as far as fit, form, and function... But it with confidence.

Accessories all included, perfect to use , the spray is with not much pressure, water resistant, cleaning very well.

Bathroom Shower System. My experience with their customer service was awesome. I contacted their customer support department asked them for a longer pipe for the shower wand since I under estimated the thickness of my tile. I got a response within a day. They told me the approximate time it would take ship and they're going to make my new Part and ship it out ASAP. I doubt you'd get that kind of service from one of the big name over priced shower system manufacturers. I was truly blown away by the kind service I received from their customer support staff, so I'm thrilled to write them a positive review. The shower system is very high quality, and beautiful too. I'm very happy. This was super easy to install. I would definitely buy again.

Good water flow and appearance. Used it in a bath remodel. The back wall plates started peeling and customer service was quick to find a solution and solve the issue.

Try to reach store for replacement, no one contacted me and also Amazon came for pick up for return only. I need a replacement not a return!

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.
