I try very hard to be honest about my reviews. This review is no exception. “Arana” Gas Struts is a rare find. As customers we always expect everything to work and solve the problem, but what happens when things go awry, and you need help or product support, this is when you discover the true value of any company your dealing with. I happy to recommend “Arana gas struts” as one of these rare companies, they had true concern on the installation and the performance of their product. In my case a replacement part was shipped overnight.
