Are you able to tell me the width of the cord?

I had lots left over from when I used it so I have measured the diameter with a inch micrometer. It measures 0.11”. So that just under one eighth of a inch. Hope this helps. One tip if you use it. Make sure it’s very stretched when you assemble all the poles with it. I kept tying a not and cutting it off only to find it did not pull the poles into the ferrules properly.
