Q: Is it made in China? Where is it made?

The package says made in th USA with globally sourced materials.

Q: Is this the thick 3m tegaderm hydrocolloid (brown) or the thin 3m tegaderm hydrocolloid (clear)?

It is the thinner clear version. I used these on my elderly mother's sacrum, they worked better than anything else I tried at preventing bed sores. Although they are expensive they can be left on for 7 days.
