I found this product very easy to use and got very good results dying some cotton pyjamas using the Ocean Blue colour. They came out a lovely shade of blue. I would recommend checking your machine after whole procedure as some dye is likely to remain around the rim etc. The instructions do advise this.

So easy to use comes out as a fantastic colour on cotton and cotton mixed fabrics (as long as the cotton is a higher %). Only drawback is my washing machine glass and rubber needed an extra clean after all the cleaning cycles recommended on the pack. So do not put in a light or white wash after dying your fabric/item give the glass and rubber a quick clean with a cloth and simple cleaning product (I just used vinegar). I had no patchiness but just dyed 1 item

I bought the Emerald Green and Ocean Blue, and put both full pods in the machine to dye a bright green skirt. Very easy to use. The colour has taken beautifully. The green shows more, it's a dark teal at present. It may lighten up with repeated washing, but I'm happy with it at present and if it gets lighter. The photo doesn't do it justice, but the results exceeded my expectations. I cleaned the machine on an empty 90 degree cycle after completing the dying process, and I did start giving the inner door and rubber part of my washing machine a scrub as the dye left a residue. I had intended to go in for round 2, to ensure it was completely clean, but forgot and washed whites today! Fortunately, I've checked the washing and there doesn't seem to be any transfer to the clothes, but I would say be careful with this. Otherwise all good.
