I really liked these. I used them daily for over 2 years. I bought them in bulk from the company and from amazon. They gave me a nice sense of calm. I'm very healthy and active but my blood work kept coming back with higher cholesterol than normal. I changed my diet and got even healthier but my results kept coming back higher. My cholesterol was getting close to 300. Finally, I looked at the ingredients on these pouches and in my research, I learned that high doses of L-Tyrosine can cause rapidly increasing cholesterol. So I decided to stop using these and that is when the withdraws hit. They are so bad it tooks me several tries to quit them for good. It's almost as bad as quitting nicotine. They say use up to 8 a day but they never say why. Seems like it is because these can be BAD for you. I'm three weeks off of them and I still have bad cravings.

I used zyn to get off from tobacco. I’ve had issues completely cutting out nicotine since I usually just white knuckle it. This time around I wanted to try a non nicotine/tobacco substitute. Other than an oral fixation and some sweetness there’s nothing more to it and I see it as false advertisement. I’ve gone through 4 or 5 tins so far. Not ordering them again. Decided to try Teaza and Cannadip next. Overall, they do help with the withdrawals which is the most important thing with these. If you want something that will give you more of a sensation then get the ones with caffeine. One of my favorite times to dip was before bed so I wanted something that wouldn’t keep me awake.
