Is the Almond 30L bin made of stainless steel?

If it had stainless steel in it Brabantia would say.https://www.brabantia.com/uk/pedal-bin-newicon-30-litre-soft-closing-plastic-inner-bucket-almond/ . If you go to the Brabantia website you won't see stainless steel. Although for a touch model, they say the removable lid to keep the bags held has a circle of stainless steel. Also, why would they paint stainless steel?
