I had bought another brand and I wanted to try something different. I heard Irish Sea Moss waa better and let me tell you it is. I do you bottled water to clean it and its very jelly like when letting it soak. By the far best brand and it works and to me it does not taste like the sea. I take a spoonful in the am and evwning followed by a spoonful of applesauce.

no crazy smell which is sus, but anyway no taste either, it tastes alright , will update if I get any benefits from it

I feel a definite difference when compared to the sea moss from the Caribbean (which I like as well) However, I feel that the Irish moss gives me more clarity and focus in the morning even before my cup(s) of coffee. I do mix it with Bladderwrack for a more complete mineral boost, but in fairness I did that with the Caribbean Sea moss as well. (Added bonus ) I’ve also seen less hair shedding in the morning.

Good quality. Clean product. Clear instructions. The price per ounce is misleading when trying to compare to other dry sea moss brands. It says .62 per ounce. They’re not selling sea moss gel, they are selling dried sea moss. Even though it expands, it’s still a 1 ounce package (dry), and therefore is $14.99 per ounce. The weight is one ounce, not 1.5 lbs. One ounce dry makes 24 ounces of gel. It’s a great product, but there’s no reason to be misleading on your Amazon price per ounce or package weight.

Im rather new to the seamoss world and I thought I'd give Irish sea moss a try. I had to throw the whole thing in a garbage after full processing it. I soaked and raised four times to try to eliminate the fishy smell and even after processing with fruit and dates it just smelled like fish. And the sand and dirt that came off this batch was A LOT. NONE of the other styles were like that. Buy different sea moss. St Lucia moss is much more mellow and you wont have to throw a whole batch in the garbage!

Always love the sea moss. Most definitely recommend to anyone who likes sea moss.

I thought I was getting something you could just eat. It's not. You have to make some complicated tea out of it after softening it and on and on. I just tossed the bag out. Too bad sea moss is great for you. I was thinking freeze dried or something which is what it looks like. But cannot just eat it.
