Very good condition. Arrived promptly. This was a replacement for my existing phone but with a bigger memory. A nice compact size.

I have never bought a brand new phone on principle but expect my reconditioned ones to work properly! The phone looked good but after only a few days the touchscreen became unreliable. Several times it was impossible to use the phone and I had to do hard restart as I couldn’t swipe or enter passcode. Disappointing. Could not recommend.

Seems great. First IPhone. Getting used to it. Big learning curve. However, very happy with purchase which really looks like it just came out of a box. Very happy. Nice size as well which is what I was hoping for. Nice feel. Heavier than I expected, which is probably because of the electronics inside. Will get used to is soon I am sure. Thanks for such a quick delivery as well. I was expecting it much later than it actually arrived. So, well done. Happy

Had the phone for a month and all working well. Speedy next day delivery. Excellent condition is true - no marks at all on the phone, only sign that it’s not brand new is the battery health at 82%, but it still lasts nearly 3 days on a single charge. Apple have made it very easy to switch iPhones, tell the phone you have a new one, place them near each other and everything is transferred in minutes. Would definitely buy a refurb again.

The device arrived promptly but had lots of paint chips (it was Product RED) around the edges though no scratches to case or screen. The OS alerted me to it having a non-Apple battery, so that had clearly been replaced as part of the 'renewal'. This was disappointing for a device sold 'Condition:New'. Since this was bought as an emergency replacement before travelling, I didn't have time to take it up with the seller. But I will avoid them in future.

Normally I’m sceptical about buying second hand phones especially online. I purchased this one and I was positively surprised. The phone looks like new. The battery life is really good. I’ve got the parcel on the next day. It’s brilliant!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Faulty Devices Twice in a Row I purchased this refurbished phone in late December 2024. It was advertised as “like new” and came with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible from the start. • The first phone arrived with a broken screen straight out of the box. • Amazon replaced it, but the second phone has a defective battery that will not hold charge properly, despite only a few months of normal use. Having two faulty devices in a row shows a serious lack of quality control. Being repeatedly left without a working phone has been hugely inconvenient, both personally and professionally. When I raised this with customer service, I was told that the battery health was “about right” – which is simply not acceptable for something sold as “like new.” A phone that becomes unreliable so quickly is clearly not fit for purpose. I expected far better from Amazon. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend buying refurbished devices here unless you are prepared for repeated problems and poor support. On top of this, when I asked for a simple and fair resolution (a partial refund to cover the cost of an official Apple battery replacement), the seller dismissed the request with copy-paste responses about “battery health being normal.” This shows a complete lack of accountability or customer care. Buyers deserve honesty and proper support, not scripted replies that avoid responsibility.
