I always trust Buddha Teas. My go-to everytime
I don't drink this for myself. I make up a tea for the week with this and organic green tea. Each dog gets a 1/4 cup twice a day for health. My elderly Golden Retriever's liver enzymes were high end of normal at last wellness checkup. Six months later, they were way over. I mentioned to the doctor "I guess the milk thistle tea is no longer working." That's when my husband piped up, "I haven't been giving it to her." :( Well she went back on it and her labs got better. If anyone wants to look it up, Milk Thistle is a good liver cleanse, or the concentrated Sylamarin in pill form. Check Mayo Clinic

This tea has a very pleasant taste. Very comforting. I am hoping for some liver health benefits as well.

Tea with a little extra
My tea came quickly. I absolutely love the little messages on each individual teabag. I'm using the tea as a gentle detox for my liver and I feel great after drinking it daily for 5 days already. The taste is divine Ill defiantly order again. The price is on the higher site.
