These have been a game changer. Ive been quite stressed and it’s triggered painful cystic acne that take weeks to heal and are quite painful. I got these for those painful zits that are deeper under the skin. These patches work fantastic. I will say I had to use 3 patches on one zit but it did have it healed in a little over a week vs taking weeks. I felt immediate results and relief from pain from the first patch used. They penetrate the skin well and it’s not painful. It feels like light poking. The adhesives is great it stays on for 8hrs (overnight easily) and doesn’t irritate my skin.

A little pricey, but it's worth it for me because they do really work. It's not painful exactly to put them on, but you can feel it a little when you press down. Once you have it on, it feels soothing with the ingredients in it, which I really like.Does not stick all night so I won't try to sleep in one of these again. But you can use them during the hours when you're awake, if you don't mind them showing (they do show, looks like you have a bandage on that matches your skin but it's not the kind of thing that people won't be able to stop staring at).

I love these patches. They’re super sticky. Easy to pop on when a pimple is forming. They stay on overnight, and really decrease the lifespan of a pimple. Skin looks flatter after just one or two uses. Super effective and the ingredients don’t irritate my sensitive skin.

Very easy to use and super effective. They have great adhesiveness, so once they’re on they won’t just fall off. I just wish they were more affordable, as a price is a little steep for the amount of patches you get.

These work. They definitely reduce the size and overall length of the blemish. They help reduce the redness and swelling- the bump, disappearing- they stick well, overnight and can even be worn during the day if you prefer. I always have them in my makeup bag- great product -

This pimple patch is good. It works for me, but of course, the experience may vary person to person. To me, I put this on my cystic acne because I'm at the age of being prone to hormonal acne.I use it on dry skin, and usually target the areas before the acne about to pop up on the surface (the feeling when you're washing your face, and you can feel it then but not see it). This works for me, the pimple is still there (I'm not gonna lie to you), but it's calmed down 80%, and from there on you can put the patch on one more time and it should be fine.I will say to you, you cannot expect the pimple patch to work; the aftercare is also very important. Make sure to NEVER pop it, as this damages and scars the nerves under your pimple, which is extremely harmful. Also, to not put any type of harsh chemicals that will dry out the pimple, it would only lead to damage in skin barrier and make the spot worse in the present and future.

This stuff is - for me at least - pretty darn effective. I used the regular Mighty Patch for normal day-to-day breakouts, but every once in awhile I get one that is more intense and painful. I used these on one such pimple for 3 days in a row and it reduced the discomfort and swelling to nearly nothing. On the third day, when I got up in the morning and took off the patch, the pimple purged completely. Gunk and the harder core came out completely, leaving it entirely clean. Two days later you'd never know anything was there at all.

Long review, if you catch the pimple/zit when it’s barely going to form, when you feel that soreness under the skin , put a patch on it. But keep it on all day /and a new one at night . It will help , you may need to do this 2 days in row . Again … this works only if the acne is still flat . It helps 75% of the time for me. But you know some times we don’t catch them immediately. Bad news is wearing these dots on the face isn’t something us ladies want to do in public .If the acne has formed and is raised and then you try adding the patch … it may go down a bit but the acne bump will remain. as long as you keep repeating the patches ( for days !!!) it may not fully form.When applying them make sure your face is washed and dry or they do not stick . I won’t even add face creams .They are way too expensive if you constantly deal with acne . A pack of 8 … only is for two zits . It’s a better solution for those that get that one random zit . For those of us that suffer from acne on the daily … it’s just not the best solution.

Entirely too expensive for what you get. They were fine patches, stayed on well, blended with the skin, seemed to help etc but the price just makes it not worth it sadly...Would definitely rate higher if it came with more than 8 patches

Only 8 little patches for the high price. My mistake that i thought it had 8 sheets of patches, this is too expensive

FATAL ! No gasten su dinero , casi $700 mxn por únicamente 8 parches y que tienen una pésima calidad ya que se despegan de inmediato , jamás los volvería a comprar 😭
