Great product

Quick delivery. Great piece of kit once installed. High quality product (foot pedal is nice and heavy and works really well with the software). I put in the wrong product number online when registering so gave the shop a call and Sean was really helpful. He talked me through getting my foot pedal connected properly and now it's all running perfectly! Would highly recommend.

Great, except for the headphones

Really good product for the price. Easy to install, and easy to use. The only problem is the headphones which are rubbish if you’re a professional transcriber; I ended up having to buy a much better pair of headphones.

Brilliant product for transcribing

Brilliant software! Straight forward to download and use. Can drop most audio files in.The pedal is great too, just the right size, my foot fits but it doesn’t take up too much space. Also easy to set up.I use this with windows 10 with no issue at all.

Headset not working on Windows 7 on Bootcamp partition on ...

Headset not working on Windows 7 on Bootcamp partition on Mac. Until I have uninstalled this on Windows 7 and reinstalled on OS X, I would not be able to give appropriate reply. Still waiting to hear from Boxshifters - the suppliers.
