Just wondering if this would work with my Android tablet?

This box is set up for windows or Mac and the software that comes with it is quite big in Mbs, so for a tablet I would say no, you can always email the supplier to be on the safe side. if you want to record into a tablet then audacity would do the trick or some software on the tablet may be already there. Audacity is free then use a simple audio interface as a dac for about £25/30., that has a usb output.

Will this output the two microphones as two separate audio tracks?

Yes. The USB interface part of it is 2 in and 2 out. You can select in the recording software whether to record one of both inputs and whether, if both, they are two separate tracks or left and right of a stereo pair. Will this record multitrack midi and audio via usb simultaneously?

You are best going onto Presonus website and search for that answer in their knowledge base, they have lots of training material, video clips available, showing you how to use it.
