So far so good!
In my mid 30's and have been playing rugby of late and noticed a lot of knee pain. Did a bit of research and was introduced to the issue of under-pronation or supination as it's called. One of the most telling signs is a heavy wearing down of the outside heel on your shoes, as well as your foot hanging over the side of the shoe. I had a look on line for potential orthontic solutions to go alongside stretching and careful footware selection. I came accross these insoles that include a 2 degree wedge in the heel. I purchased and followed the instructions for a gradual introduction over a week. I've now been wearing them for a month or two and the difference they have made is clear from my perspective. Just looking at my shoes shows that my weight is now where it needs to be, and my knee pain has been reduced by at least 80%. I've since bought 3 pairs of these insoles. I'm not saying they will work for everyone, but worth a try. Quality seems good, I'm 17 stone and they are standing up to the wear and tear of rugby and an active lifestyle very well.

Good product
Massively helped the pain in my foot and leg. I do worry about their longevity, but they're only a couple of months old at the mo.

Super supination help? Not so far.
The problem I've encountered is the standard insoles for over supination did not appear to be available but as I wear trainers these seemed the next best thing. They're quite hard to cut to size unless you create, say. a cardboard template from the sole of your shoe or existing insole if removable. The other issue I encountered was the fact that the packaging didn't really stress these were for over supination so initially it didn't look as if they were. The giveaway is the small additional raiser feature . I'd love the option to buy orthotics individually - so I could get an over supination insole for my foot broken in August and absolutely rubbish now and an over pronating left foot , legacy of a hang gliding crash years ago. Instead I've bought the much cheaper gel insoles from another company - because I can afford two pairs of those in order to wear the appropriate orthotic for each foot. I removed the additional raiser from the left sole so I could use it on the over pronating foot but as both have led to pain in both feet I'm not a fan of these insoles. They felt fine for about an hour and then started to really hurt. I stuck with them thinking no gain without pain but the bruising told its own story later.

No more knee pain!
I bought this product not knowing if it would work for me but I thought I would give it ago because if I couldn't find anything to mend my very bad knee pain and pains in my hips then I would have to stop my active sports. I had noticed that I had been wearing the outside edge of my trainers down so I looked online for a solution and stumbled across Dr.foots insoles. I purchased apair and popped them in my trainers and WOW!!! what a difference the made instantly.I felt relief from the pains in my hips and knees almost instantly I could walk with very little discomfort aweek later after taking it easy all the pain has gone absolutely amazing I now take part in the sports that I love soooo much I recommend these to anyone with knee ankle hip pain as bad as mine was it was that bad I couldn't even walk the dog. I am a very active person aged 45 I am not ready to hobble into premature old age. I am about to place an order for another pair THEY WORK

Foot doctor was shocked that these even exist!
I suffer from supination or under pronation (walk on outside of foot). Bought these hoping they would work as I had to wait a month to see a podiatrist. The podiatrist was shocked that these were being sold as they've been completely changed and altered from how they're meant to be used. The raised red section has been glued to the wrong side (the right foots raised section is meant to be on the left insole). It's also not meant to be glued on at all and has only been done in this way because it's not designed to be like this. For the price spend an extra £15 and go and see a pediatrist who will give better advice. Don't buy these as they're not what they're advertised as and have not been designed by a foot specialist.

Disappointing product and customer service
These insoles are made up of three separate pieces of material. Unfortunately, after wearing them for less that 4 weeks they began to fall apart. Dr Foot we’re not prepared to entertain a return or replacement, but on return of the item to them they did stick them back together and return them to me. So far so good on the repaired insoles. So overall I would say disappointing product from a quality perspective, and very disappointing customer service.

Yes they actually work, for me at least!
Over-supination is much less common than over-pronation, but it's clearly what I have. For as far back as I can remember the soles of my shoes have always worn on much more heavily on the outer edge, and over the last twenty or so years of training I've been prone to Achilles trouble, sore heels, sore knees and tight calves. For the last 18 months or so I've been taking my running more seriously, but despite always wearing appropriate shoes and taking great care over stretching, strengthening, massaging and icing my injuries have just been steadily ramping up, and I've been forced to reduce my training volume and intensity. Recently I tried a pair of these supination insoles in my running shoes, and little by little my training is getting back on track, while at the same time I'm now winning out against my injuries. I've just ordered another pair for my walking boots, and may get yet another pair for my every day shoes. Some points to note about the insoles: 1) They are fairly thick, so they're best used with shoes with a good deep heel cup. They were a no-go in my Innov8 trail shoes for example, but work great in my Brooks Ghost 3s 2) Expect them to feel a little weird for the first few days, but in a week you'll hardly notice them. You may become acutely aware of the outer edge-bias when using any footwear without them. 3) The packaging is somewhat generic, so if you find yourself wondering if you really have the correct insoles, just look at the heel wedges. If they sit under the outside edges of your heels then you're good to go. 4) Cutting them to size - if necessary - should be easy as there are guide marks on the underside of each insole. 5) This is the 2mm version, there's also a 4mm version for severe over-supinators. No doubt the best approach would have been for me to visit a podiatrist and get specific inserts made up, but at £25 a pop these were cheaper, faster and they're working well enough for me.

Supination as part of overall posture problems
This is a neutral rating because these insoles need to be used to be evaluated and that hasn't happened yet. However, this was the one product I was able to find on the internet for supination problems. My adult daughter who is developmentally delayed has posture problems including supination. We got these in hopes of helping her stance and perhaps improving other aspects of her posture. Whether or not that will happen..., the jury is still out.

I feel more stable and safer when I wear these in my shoes.
These insoles have been the most helpful to me as compared with all of the other insoles I have ordered/purchased. I feel so lucky that they are available. However, they are expensive, owing to the shipping from the UK. Doesn't anyone in the US make these insoles?
