Overheats, shuts monitors off in 5 minutes
I tried this on 3 laptops, the first two gave a error code 43 saying the device is damaged and unrecognized by windows, the 3rd laptop worked for about 5 minutes 4k @ 60hz then overheats and starts glitching out then looses all signal to both monitors. Once it cools off it’ll work again for 5 more minutes, needless to say this is useless for my setup and I’ll be returning them.

Works well, but cuts out randomly. If you don't bump it, it's generally fine.

Works while splitter is cool and doesn't work when splitter is hot.
Item gets hot to touch and then does not pass monitor signal to Computer which does not turn on monitors. Once I unplugged and allowed to cool off splitter and then plugged back in with monitors it begins to pass signal again and work fine. Why is this happening? It is just poor quality?

Long term doesn’t work well
Worked well for 3 months and then one day just stopped working completely on me.

Technically functional, but glitchy and unreliable
While the displays look good, it unfortunately drops the monitor signal on occasion causing a black screen for a few seconds and then comes back. This tends to happen at least a few times per day. Additionally, once in a while one of my monitors will just go gray and I will have to disconnect and then reconnect the monitor from the device to fix it. I'm not sure if this is potentially an overheating issue, as the device itself tends to be pretty warm (though not hot).

I'm Vergleich zu zwei altered Geräten ist diese Version deutlich geschrumpft und leichter geworden. Diebeiden angeschlossenen Monitore laufen gut und es gibt keine Probleme.
