siku 1806, Road Train, Tractor unit with semi-trailer and trailer, 1:87, Metal,Plastic, Brown,White

This is the crown jewel amongst the various Siku models aquired by my young son, who for a couple of years was absolutely obsessed with trucks. Without a doubt this road train was his favourite small die cast truck as he was always drawn to the American style cabs. The cab is nicely painted and connects to the first trailer using the standard Siku twist method. The dolly then clips onto the back of the first trailer allowing the 2nd to be hitched in the usual way. As with all Siku models, this is a high quality model and whilst the price is fairly premium I’d say you get what you pay for. Something extra to note is that both trailers have the same connections on the back, so if you acquire a 2nd dolly you could potentially add a third trailer (from another truck) to make a triple road train!

My 4 year old son loved this. Got loads of this Siku range now - good quality and pretty robust even for young kids.

This was not ups as in picture but was the original freight liner version they first released

Brought as a present was quite expensive for the size of it so just hope it was worth it for them

My son is delighted with this road train. It is good quality and was well packaged and delivered in good time.

Arrived before expected, just in time for Christmas. My son is going to love it!

Allein die Augen meines 4 Jährigen wahren den Kauf schon Wert. Verarbeitung sogar etwas besser, als ich bei Siku gewöhnt bin, wobei ich in Sachen Spielzeugautos schon fast nur Siku kaufe. Ich habe den LKW als Spielzeug für meinen 4 Jährigen gekauft. Die Anhänger lassen sich selbst für den kleinen leicht an- und abhängen, halten jedoch auch beim „rasen“ durch die Wohnung fest, ohne abzufallen. Oft sind gerade diese Anhängerkupplungen teilweise aus Plastik, was bei der rabiaten Kinderhand schnell zum Brechen der Kupplung führt: hier auch vollständig aus Metall, also einfach super! In die Anhänger passen auch kleine Legosteine, womit das geplante Transportimperium starten kann, jedoch ist ab und an etwas Hilfe beim „ausladen“ der Steine durch einen erfahrenen Spielzeugspediteur notwendig. Würde ich wieder kaufen. Klare empfehlung!
