Nice Glow and Coverage, But Not What I Was Looking For
This product worked well and gave my skin a beautiful, healthy glow. It applied smoothly and wore nicely under makeup, making it a great option for anyone looking for a sunscreen that doubles as a primer. However, I was looking for a sunscreen without a tint, and this had more color than I expected. I also prefer SPF 50 for my daily sun protection, so the SPF 30 wasn't quite enough for my needs. That said, the formula felt nice on my skin, and I can see why so many people enjoy it. If you're looking for a glowy tinted sunscreen and primer combination, this is definitely worth trying. For me, I just needed a higher SPF and a non-tinted option.

Works on my 77 year old face without getting into creases.
I'm switching most of my skin care and makeup to ELF brand. This primer is top quality, does not make my face feel oily and it has an SPF 30. Not a fan of the makeup that makes my skin look "glowy" or greasy. A dusting of powder over this primer gives a natural matte look.

Whoa I do Indeed Glow
This is better than I thought it would be. I've tried other tinted sunscreens, and moisturizers with sunscreen, and I didn't know what to expect with this. I'm happy it's working well for me. I couldn't get a good angle or lighting o show it on my face but the picture I include at least shows It blends in well with my skin tone, with a touch of tint. I love the glow it gives my skin. I don't handle a lot of sun well, and you can imagine I'm not tan or have a naturally dewy complexion. Because I'm already fairly pale I can't comment whether it would give other a white cast or not blend well with a more tan complexion. The Whoa Glow in Sunbeam is meant for a lighter tone or less visible under another product, but I don't wear alot of makeup so I've been attempting to wear it as primer/sunscreen/foundation. When I don't feel the need to put on much I think it's a little extra something to make your skin shine a bit while protecting you from the sun. I do wish it could be 50 SPF, but since it provides a tint and is a primer, I won't complain too much. My skin tends to be dry year round, and red in areas. Whoa Glow didn't dry me out or highlight the red. It doesn't cover up the red, but it helps minimize it and make it not as obvious. In those cases I add color corrector and concealor. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and recommend it, especially due to its affordability.

Exactly what I wanted for my 42 year old dry skin.
I was looking for something lightweight for my daily makeup and this has been great. I have very dry skin, already had skin cancer, and I didn't want anything thick. This is VERY light coverage, but thats what I wanted. You can put other foundation on top of it. I only do a small amount of concealer where I need so this is my regular base makeup. It's not like a shimmer glow, it's like a dewy glow, which is perfect.

Combo skin over 50; Soft glow, no breakouts!
Tried this after looking for something with SPF, highly rated, affordable and with sheer coverage to combine with foundation, cc cream or concealer. I also tried 2 other Elf primers - Power Grip & Tone Adjusting in Green. This was the best product for me by far. What I like: It’s not too oily. There’s a soft glow or shimmer, but it’s not heavy nor glittery. Even though it has SPF, I didn’t break out. I often have a lot of redness. My favorite combination with this primer is Clinique’s Redness Solution Foundation. (I haven’t found the perfect Elf CC color & haven’t tried other Elf foundations yet.) It also works well as the primer with Elf Camo Concealer instead of foundation. Background: I used to wear Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. Recent formulation changes made it turn orange for me, so I tried Elf CC cream. It looked too thick and the color oxidized in oily spots. Did some research which led me to trying out primers. I’m pretty happy with this. It doesn’t really give any coverage. Just a light wash. The shimmer is soft enough to be effective on older skin.

Whoaaaaa Glowww you will not be disappointed!!
This is definitely my go to, all year round. Dab a little not a big glob. A little goes a long way, trust me. I love that it gives a bit of a tint with that glow, baby. Helllloooo it has spf! What better way to give your skin that love with a bit of tint. You will not be disappointed! I love my E.L.F Whoa Glow, in sunbeam.

Tinted sunscreen, mystery expiration date
This sunscreen has a light tint which I like and it blends well over my moisturizer. It gives it a healthy glow as well. But I would avoid getting it too close to your eyes, as my eyes burned from the sweat dripping down my forehead after working in my backyard in the summer heat. I do want to note that my product has the top where the expiration date would normally be engraved cut off, but somehow has an inked date stamped on the tube instead with expiration date of 11/2027 (purchased in Aug 2026). I am not sure why it came that way but for $6 a tube, I decided to keep it and give it a try.

The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the color, and the glitter.
Sunburst is on the darker side of suntan. Probably, I should have gone with the middle tone, but live and learn. I was also not prepared for the glitter. Probably should have gathered from the “glow” portion of the name, but I was not expecting to look like a Stephanie Meyer’s vampire. And I mean EXACTLY that, in room, or lower lights it’s not noticeable, but in direct sunlight it’s got a bit of a disco effect. Listen, Bella, if you are into having “the skin of a killer”, this is for you. It’s lightweight, has nice coverage, and no overpowering smell.

BUYER BEWARE this is the size of a lip gloss!!
Are you kidding me?! I paid how much for this?! This is the size of a lip gloss. My bad, I should’ve read this better I suppose but I saw the price and thought oh ok, paying for the convenience of it being out of stock at Shoppers every time I go. Not worth the hassle of a return so I guess lesson learned. Ugh. The poor rating is not for the product itself-Whoa Glow is amazing. The poor star rating is for the crazy pricing for the size. My perfect skin base!
I cannot praise this product enough! I am over 50 and the older I get the less I want to use on my skin. THIS is a beautiful product! I now use it as my base/foundation especially in the spring and summer months. It's slightly tinted and enhances the skin beautifully. It is light and not greasy. It glides on and blends easily into the skin, I just use my fingers! Easy and quite quick to apply and gives protection too. It evens out my skin appearance and gives me a little glow. Just perfection!
