Hi is it suitable for 3 year olds if it is sulphate and paraben free?

It says it is Sulfate free suitable for sensitive skin

Is it animal cruelty free?

Hi, I've had a look on the bottle & nothing is mentioned as far as I can tell but some print is very tiny so I can't read it even with reading glasses on. Best get in touch with the manufacturer for more info. Sorry I couldn't help.

What is the PH balance level?

Hi, I've just looked on the bottle & all it says is: pH balanced. Maybe best if you got intouch with the manufacturer for more detail.

Does this or any other Aveeno shampoos and conditioners contain phthalates? Thank you

I can't see it in the ingredients list see photo/video
