Was skeptical to buy a stuffer that had such a lower cost but thus far it has been a life saver. We own a small scale butcher shop and now use this electric stuffer to fill everything from sausage casings to meat bags. The variable speed it fantastic and easily transitions from casings to bags. Cleaning has been super easy and taking it apart is simple. By far the best value out there for pedal actuated stuffers on the market. I haven't had it very long yet but have put at least 5 cows and a dozen pigs plus deer through it effortlessly. The stainless steel makes it super easy to clean too. Only two tips for future buyers, don't take off the plate while the drive shaft is coming back up, you can break it as it will go through the machine top. Be careful when you get low in the cyllinder as it will start to tip back, just have an extra hand on it to get the last of the meat through.

I bought this machine 6 months ago, at the beginning I was super impressed, very sturdy structure and strong motor, unfortunately the pressing plate material is literally garbage, the first one failed after 3 months after that one I received now 3 replacements, all the same, pictures are from different ones, the company doesn't have a better option to offer, I tried taking them to a welding shop, but the material is so bad and apparently mixed with some kind of plastic that is not possible to reinforce or repair it. I'm not to lie, the machine itself is great, but is useless without the plate

The seal pops up when stuffing. I first tried snack sticks at 5% speed the 10mm horn builds a lot of back pressure. It kept blowing the piston seal. I had to double the water in the recipe to get it to flow then later i had to slow it to 50% even when stuffing summer sausage into 2.5" casings with the big horn. Once the speed is slowed down it works well enough

This machine delivers! I even use the 15mm snack stick casings without a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

The motor doesn't have enough power to make small snack sticks. I tried to make19mm sticks; it took over 3 hours to empty the cylinder; the motor for so hot you couldn't touch the top metal cover. It handles filling meat bags and making summer sausage with ease. So 2 stars.

Bought this 7-31-24. Machine works as good as any other I've had, but it doesn't have a backup manual option, which would be helpful right now as the foot pedal is not working now. I am having some issues with the seal as well, as it needs to be removed for washing each time, so it's wearing poorly. Items I would normally not complain a whole lot about if I could *just* buy a replacement or get them warranted without so much hassle. No luck thus far.
