Nice quality looks lovely and a sturdy brush. Customer service was fantastic. Unfortunately mine arrived damaged I contacted them immediately. There was no issue another was sent out straight away.

Looks nice new - top started to rust
Looks nice new - top started to rust and the length of the brush means the metal lid comes in contact easily with toilet bowls leaving those grey light scratches on the white porcelain - not the best quality and flawed design

Great product and very stylish just right for my Victorian style bathroom

Not designed well
The toilet brush comes with a metal disk part way up the handle which acts as a lid to the holder. The handle unscrews to release the diskTo clean the toilet without getting metal marks on the porcelain, this disk has to be removed, each time: Or you reassemble the handle each time to go back into the holder.

Where the lid is placed means the handle is not long enough to reach the bottom of the toilet bowl without banging the lid .... not great. It will be discarded and replaced ....
