What is the expiration date?

It's 2-3 years after it's stamped date. Just keep it in fridge right away. You'll have no issues. You'll likely finish it way before it expires. Note: These come with made date/year. Which is the current season. I've had ones out 3 years. Opened it, ate. Fridge rated it. Was just fine 4 years in.
