This treadmill is a replacement for one I originally ordered but I am so happy I reordered because this one is so easy to use. It is quiet and although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles I still love it. It was easy to put together too. I love the fold up feature and the release too.

Bought this treadmill in July of 2023 and it was great! Worked well for my wife and I both! I'm 6'6" and I find it to be a little narrow for myself but definitely long enough for my stride. Unfortunately in September of 2024 our treadmill made a strange noise and then never ran again. Feeling capable with doing simple electrical diagnostics I inspected the control board, motor, and main control board. With no obvious defects found I thought I was out if luck after 14 months of ownership. I contacted customer support and after a few days of emails (due to my work schedule) they shipped a replacement at absolutely zero cost to me. I am very happy with their willingness to stand behind their product or replacement defective equipment. Product is four stars but customer service is above and beyond Thank you Hypatia. P.S. Don't be scared when they ask you to email them directly instead of through Amazon.

So many things wrong with this treadmill. 1. The box came very damaged with a large hole in the side and the edges very torn up. 2. Once assembled (my husband who is a contractor assembled it) the handles wobbled very badly back and fourth and I’m certain if I were to fall and put my weight on the handles the whole top part of the treadmill would break (I am a 5’ 1” female 150 lbs). 3. Had a squeak and was much louder than expected even with using the oil. 4. The actual belt of the treadmill would slide forward, left, and right while walking/jogging on it and it basically felt like I was going to slide off or twist my ankle because there was so much sliding around of the belt. It was very strange and dangerous. 5. The speed was extremely inaccurate. I am a runner and I had the treadmill all the way up to 7 mph and was still only walking at a medium pace. Usually around 5mph I am forced to switch to a run to keep up. I have owned other trails in the past and this is the worst one I’ve ever purchased. Don’t bother buying it. I will be returning it tomorrow. update: The cost of shipping to return the treadmill would have been $60.00, and I would also lose the $60.00 I paid originally for the shipping. It's not worth it to return it and lose $120.00. We have an appointment with a treadmill repair expert who can hopefully help us get it in working order.

My Son love it

I definitely wanted an apartment size treadmill and this fit the bill for a studio. It was/is easy to assemble and move, there wasn't really much in the way of directions but it wasn't needed. When I first started it up I heard a rattling noise coming from it, but it stop after a few moments IDK what it was. My biggest complaint is the manually adjustable incline. Basically there is no zero gradient you have to use it at an angle, as it only increases from that point on. I just received this item less then a hour ago so I can't really say anything about durability. Everything works so I'm happy for now.

The speed is more like a slow jog at the fullest . If you plan to actually run I’d choose another treadmill . This is definitely a like workout model .

UPDATE: I'm updating this review because of my return experience. The plug on the treadmill broke. I contacted the seller and told them the problem and asked if anything could be done. They responded quickly, and after sending pictures of the broken plug, the company is sending me a new treadmill. I am very happy with the quick response and their solution. I was expecting that maybe they would send a new plug that I would have to replace. This treadmill was easy to put together and easy to move. It's a decent treadmill for the price. It does seem to move a little slower than I am used to. For example, on a gym treadmill going 4 miles an hour is a fast walk for me. On this treadmill, 4 miles seems like a normal walk. The one thing I really don't like is the stop and start buttons on the handles. I often hit the stop button when I grab on for balance which requires me to start over again with time and miles, etc. Overall I like the treadmill.

We received the treadmill a few days ago. My husband put it together quickly. We are avid runners and we are both able to get a excellent workout in. We were hesistant that a smaller and compact machine would provide less stability and too easy of a workout. Not the case at all! We are pleasantly surprised and so happy with the purchase. With two little ones, it is much easier to manage time for exercise and fun!
