Do the job for a small price
These are the second pair my son has had and the first pair lasted from March - July. They lasted him about a term at school as the insole came away, they developed a hole near the heel and the laces perished but the shoe was still ok and looked good. They're cheap and cheerful and as long as you don't expect them to last more than a couple of terms of light use, then they reach expectations. At £14.99, these are a lot cheaper than some of the £50 pairs he has had, just be prepared to buy 3-4 pairs for the year.

Very durable, comfortable fit
Bought these for my son for school and they are perfect! He is a very active teenager so he needs a strong pair of shoes and these are definitely that! Would definitely recommend them!

Poor quality uppers
Decent value at £15 but the man made uppers don't last 5 minutes. Bought for my son as school shoes. Second pair bought. As others have shown in pictures, the uppers peel away easily. Expect to need 2 pairs per school year of these if they like to kick a ball around at break time!

I always buy hobos shoes for my sons school shoes. They dont last very long but they are cheap enough to have a new pair of school shoes 4 times a school year and there have many different styles to choose from, so although they dont last as leading brands , i think they are great. Especially with the way kids feet are constantly growing.
