Nothing works right off the bat you have to set a time schedule for your child to take these and make sure it's everyday after 2 weeks you will notice a difference in energy sleep and works wonders for his immune system we live in a very cold climate and he's out there every day and rarely gets sick. I purchased this product for my daughter. She is VERY picky about gummy vitamins and we have a hard time finding any that she likes. She said they were VERY GOOD!! We tried some and also thought they were excellent! We will buy more and try the other varieties!
