I’m a reformed nail biter and have been using this for about 2 months. I love what it does to my nails. I actually hate going without it because my nails feel naked. Even just one thin coat helps with strength, but as I reapply thru out the week it gets better. I like the gloss finish it adds to my nails. When I’m not wearing it my nails feel thin, so while the product works, I’m not sure it’s making any significant changes to my naked nail. It’s so easy to apply though, literally dries in seconds, so I don’t mind if this is a permanent step in my nail care. My one complaint is that the last roughly 1/3 of the bottle gets thick and hard to work with so there’s some product waste. It’s definitely best when it’s fresh, thin, and easy to apply and quick to dry.

Easy to apply and dries quickly. Seems to strengthen nails..I only plan using it a few times a week. Seems like a good product to add to your nail care regimen.

A miracle for weak, soft, thin, bendy nails. I used to bite my nails & this stuff keeps the resulting new growth protected & supportive, as without it they just catch & shred. You can feel the formula tighten on your nail as it dries. A game-changer, especially after acrylics.

I bought this at the recommendation from a friend. I've been getting acrylic nails for years, but recently stopped and decided to let my own nails grow. My nails have always been VERY WEAK. I've been using this now for about two months and my nails have gotten quite a bit stronger. They're starting to look really pretty!!! I apply a coat a day for a few days, then take it all off, and start over. It's Really helped my nails a Lot!!!

Absolutely amazing! Have been using on myself and my two nail biting daughters (ages 13 & 17) for a month now and all of our nails are longer and healthier. All three of us struggle with very thin nails that break and peal constantly and do not grow quickly. I have had less breakage than I normally do (which was a lot!) My nails feel stronger and hold up against damage much better and the same for my daughters (one is in cheer and dance and the other is a life guard). Between the three of us, we are very active and normally have a lot of problems, not to mention that both of my daughters bit their nails all the time. This polish lasts a few days with 2 coats applied on clean nails. It doesn't peal or flake off. If the very tips of our nails loose the polish, we can very quickly apply another coat without removing the first coat or having to wait for it to dry. I usually apply another coat every 2-3 days before I walk out the door to work. By the time I am turning on my car, the polish is dry. The polish works well as a base coat or by itself. It doesn't yellow the nails either. Overall, it is an amazing product that I am so happy I have found. I just ordered a 4 pack to make sure we don't run out!

I have always suffered with what I call "soft, bendy nails" which flex like miniature diving boards and make my girlfriends' toes curl. I also have "ridges," and I longed for the smooth model-hand look with the ability to open anything with my nails like my aforementioned friends do (they are also the friends who have to soak their hands in water in order to even trim their nails - sigh). Over the winter I acquired a larger-than-normal ridge on my first finger which is also an unsightly gray color. Enter Nailtiques, which I have used faithfully since March. I saw the favorable reviews on this product and decided it was not that expensive when compared to the alternatives my friends suggested. Pluses: I love the fact that it dries REALLY, REALLY fast. I can do my nails right before work and during my 30-minute commute, they are set and completely dry. The fact that I end up putting so many coats on (per the instructions) gives me the smooth model-hand look, and no one but myself knows I have ridges. My nails are long, but honestly, I didn't have problems growing them long before. AND... I love the shine. LOVE IT. It may be that the shine catches people's eyes, but more than one have asked if I have had my nails "done." :) The downside of the product are the following concerns: 1) my ridges are all still there. I took a before photo and yes indeed, after checking in 3 months later, Ridgeville still resides, along with the gray line showing no signs of diminishing 2) my nails are turning light yellow (my super-honest teenage daughter pointed that out one day). That was a bummer. It's not a noticeable yellow like those who have stained their nails with color, but since I never used color, I was used to having white, non-yellowed nails. 3) my nails break more easily, and oh baby, when they do, it is a clean, sudden, all the way past my quick type of break. 4) my nails are still mighty bendy, so I don't add any color on tip of this product, as it would just crack at the bend. If I stick with the clear, no one can see it crack. Just me. That said, I will continue to apply, shine, and dazzle the masses

nailtiques 2 nail protein to correct soft, peeling, bitten weak or thin nails, is an absolute astonishing product. at 67, i had pretty much given up on every achieving polishable nails again. they were trashed, and nothing seemed to help. i tried 7 other products, including opi's re-released nail envy strengthener original. nope. then i discovered this, and followed the instructions exactly. in 3 weeks, my nails were back. in another week or two i'm going for the polish and using this as the base coat. i asked a couple of my friends who had nail trouble to try it. same results. the stuff is amazing...

I have struggled with weak brittle nails all my life. This is the first topcoat that has provided real improvement. I will be buying again.
