Does a good shave, reasonable price ,only had 2 months ,but so far so good

This a great value and a good product. Had an early model for some years and the battery life remained impressive. But here's the problem with modern consumer life - it was only slightly more expensive to buy this one new (including spare heads) than to get replacement heads for the old model. How can that be right? That's not a reflection on the shaver, if it only lasts half the time of my first one it is still good value. And with the replacement heads it should last well. Can't see why people pay two, three or four times the amount for a "brand name" shaver.

nothing to dislike, better than my phillips 1000 , very close shave, very light and long lasting battery, does what it is suppose to do

Seemed like a decent shaver then after only 5 months the motor failed, don’t waste your money on this junk. No product support from Amazon. Disappointed 👎

Bought this for my son so I'll let him explain:"The razor lasted all of one charge before the motor started to deteriorate and would seize up if you had the temerity to actually touch it to your face. It only got worse from there and quickly reached the point where it would seize up even when the lid was open and the cogs were completely unimpeded.The razor was supposed to come with a 15-month warranty and after-sales service. Amazon was even kind enough to provided a link to such. The individual I spoke to was apologetic and initially suggested that the lid/blades of the razor might be to blame. However, after I showed them a video of the motor seizing up while the lid was still open, they accepted that it was not the lid and promised to send a replacement.An entire month passed with no sign of any replacement and no further contact from the after-sales team. I thus contacted them again to ask for an update and they didn't even bother responding to me.Oh and as a final testament to the quality of the device, the button to open the lid fell off in my hand. This, I remind you, on a razor that didn't even make it to the second charge.Anyway, in the end I went to Amazon and explained the issue and they helpfully issued me a return label so that I could get a refund for the worthless thing.You'll understand, I hope, if I struggle to recommend this razor."EDIT:"About a month after I'd written the above, the manufacturer contacted me again and apologised, saying they'd missed the email where I'd sent my address to them. Even though I'd already received a full refund on Amazon, they said they would still send me a replacement.Said replacement arrived within a couple of days (on the 24th November 2023). I held off writing this just to see how it performed. So far, it's working fine and has at least lasted longer than the old one (not that that was a high bar to meet!).Obviously I was using other shavers in the meantime. One thing that is very noticeable is that this razor gives a much smoother and all round nicer shave than the others I've tried. I don't know if the first one I got was just a dud but I hope so as it really is a lovely razor to use. Possibly I'll update this review after 6 months and say whether or not the new one has lasted!I've improved my rating as the customer support did pull through (eventually ;) ) and it's a razor I really want to like. Fingers crossed that the replacement will be longer-lived."

I used to buy branded shavers and the blades usually failed to cut well after a year or so. This is my second purchase of this shaver as I dropped the last one on a hard floor after several years of use. Until then it cut cleanly year after year. You even get a full set of replacement blades included in any case. Battery lasts a long time between charges. Well built and reliable.

This is a really excellent shaver. It gives the closest shape I have ever experienced and the battery last for a long long time.
