This pillow has made nights More comfortable. Less tossing from side to side. Easy to adjust the height by shifting the amt of filler thru- out the circle. Great for anyone who has had facial surgery & or stitches around ears. Reccommend purchasing before yr procedure so you don't have to wait for it & have any uncomfortable nights. Soft, velvet feel to touch.

Works perfect to prevent ear pain after having reconstructive surgery. Im a side sleeper, so this allows me to sleep on my side that the surgery was on. Highly recommend this if you need to sleep on your side. When it arrived, it was easy to unpack, there was no smell, and only needed to allow it to expand once opened. Gray in color, so its fine for male or female, and I put a pillowcase over it so that I wouldnt get it dirty in case my ear bled (never did). Ingenious idea and a great value. I will continue to use this until my ear has fully healed...and maybe longer.

Got a helix piercing last week on a whim. They mentioned I really shouldn't sleep on it for a month or so. Yikes, I'm a side sleeper and prefer that side. I wondered if there was some kind of pillow with a hole in it for your ear and lo and behold... I ordered this one because it had a lot of good reviews and it would arrive same day. Well son of a gun, it works. Little pillow with a hole in the middle just the right size for my ear. My only complaint is that it's pretty hard. I use soft latex foam pillows and this feels like a rock in comparison. It's too small to use by itself (less than a foot across) so I have to put it on top of my regular pillow. I find it hard to get it positioned comfortably. That's probably my overly tender head, maybe the stiffness of it wouldn't bother folks with normal heads.

This is WONDERFUL if you have CNH (chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis). Just using this ear pillow alone is a perfect angle for my neck and keeps my ear pain free! It was too thick to use it atop my usual pillow, so I just set that one aside. I fell in love the first night, and in the week I've had it I've slept MUCH better than in months, every night!Well worth buying! Just the right size that the edge is against my shoulder but not under it.Another great feature: it fits easily in my suitcase for use in hotels when traveling!

Pros: 1) Relatively comfortable2) Works perfect with my new piercingCons: 1) very unreasonable expectation to remove the filling in order to wash. Maybe if I could find a toddler with tiny hands. Smh!!2) honestly it should be sold two for one considering the price point (unable to wash) I would probably buy more than once if that were the case. Certainly. searching for another pillow to purchase because mine is gross after 2 weeks and I refuse to pay another 20 bucks for the reasons stated above... some might say just add a pillowcase. The entire purpose is to allow the piercing to breathe while you sleep. Impossible if you add a pillowcase because it will cover the hole.

Comfortable, stays put at night, has helped to slightly hold my head up when sleeping which helps with sinus drainage.

Had surgery on my ear and could not sleep on that side. Pillow was a definite savior. Stuffing can be removed to allow for a softer pillow. Never knew that this product existed.

This pillow was massively firm. I’m glad there’s a zipper to remove stuffing because I removed loads. It definitely works. I have an annoying double tragus and it does keep me off my ear. It’s not really comfortable for me though and it also pushes on the top of my shoulder which bugs me but it’s better than an angry ear. I think I would have preferred a ‘donut with a bite’ shaped pillow but I did get this for the really great price point
