The 24” surface cleaner is an absolute game-changer for small businesses like mine. It efficiently and effectively cleans surfaces, and the wheels make it incredibly easy to glide across concrete making it so easy anyone can do it, from your 7 year old son to your 97 year old grandma!!t, In the past it used to take me four hours to clean my entire driveway, but with the Janz 24” surface cleaner, it now takes me just over an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this cleaner again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective cleaning solution. You won’t be disappointed!

I needed a pressure washer surface cleaner that covered a large area with each pass, performs as expected, maneuver well, and a time saver on large areas like pool decks and patios. This unit checked all the boxes. Given the size of the surface cleaner, I bought a commercial pressure washer. The combination of the pressure washer and cleaner not only did an excellent job cleaning my concrete and stone surfaces but cut my cleaning time in half.

This is a good buy for what you get. It's smooth, perfect weight well constructed and easy quick assembly as its mostly already assembledother than pinning the main handle. I have had much more expensive units that were not as nice as this one. Easy operation and trigger is very smooth causing no fatigue

This one has the handles mounted to their own brackets on top of the deck which I think is more robust than the ones where the handle is actually also the water tube itself. If you're only rolling it around on smooth surfaces then maybe it doesn't matter but if you have uneven surfaces, which is mostly the case, I didn't want the jolts to be absorbed by the water tube so this rotary surface cleaner won't let that happen. It works well provided you have enough water pressure and I'd say you need a minimum of 3,000psi but that depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I was stripping acrylic sealant from a driveway after rolling on a stripping agent. It did the job nicely. It comes with a few extra parts and is super easy to put together and use. The bottom will get quite clogged up with whatever you are cleaning but the circular brush at the bottom keep it from flying out which is really nice. You will need to clean the entire bottom though, once done and then remove the two jets and clean them too. A cleaning tool (pin) is supplied. My only complaint is a design flaw in that when you want to stop using it momentarily but of course its still connected to the power washer, the power washer hose takes the weight of the surface cleaner handle as it lays on the ground in a bent fashion. This is not good for that hose. The power washer should have some sort of a stop built into the two mounting brackets that prevent the handle from reaching the ground and thereby keeping the pressure washer hose in the air and not bent laying on the ground. You can rotate the plastic handle to avoid this but constantly rotating the handle, in my opinion, will lead to premature failure. FYI, you can see it in the advertising pic but just know that the two washer jets that rotate do not extend to the diameter the power washer is advertised to. Meaning if you buy a 24" power washer, the washing ability or washing circle will only be about 18".

I've tried smaller versions and they were just too much of a hassle, still in the back of my pickup truck. This one however on Wheels and easily move it around went awesome! Cut my power washing time down by 50 to 70% on the flat areas. Then I switch over to the wand for detail and rinsing. Highly recommended. By the way I run at 3500 PSI running pressure, 4k without squeezing the trigger. And this fluctuates between 250 and $300. 250 when I looked at it and then when I needed it 300 and then the very next day back down to 250. Happy cleaning.

Mine came with a damage handle from shipping, but the bearings only lasted an hour at 3200psi and 177degree water. Took 3 months to get a replacement. When it was working, it was amazing.
