Excellent keyboard tons of customization high quality durable extremely good value
Excellent keyboard feels good to the touch the RGB is gorgeous it's got tons of options lots of interfaces good connectivity extremely versatile, good color maybe that's my taste haha but it looks amazing your RGB options have so much functionality your head will spin and the RGB lighting is extremely dynamic and I mean you can go into such depths just on something aesthetic but at the same time this thing is Rock solid, extremely adaptable and it's got good software in which you download yeah I highly recommend this to my friends and family and I didn't get anything for free trust me I paid quite a bit for this thing but it's worth every penny, hell I wish I could chill out for some free stuff and put up a compromise review and not have to pay for once JK but no this is a very nice keyboard because of it I look for this brand first now when I'm deciding on buying something else because the quality and everything the packaging you know the fit and finish as they say I mean it's blown away I've always had regular kind of you know basic Walmart store level keyboards I never had anything like this that was so nice and well thought out the entire product like the presentation the aesthetics the packaging just the whole vibe of the company like I'm like level 10 impressed and like I said I'm not getting anything out of this I've been that guy that's looking for something and don't know what to get I've been him many times and if I can help anyone out I'll do it, you will not be sorry if you get this keyboard.

Amazing budget stock keyboard
Note: I'm not a mechanical keyboard enthusiast. My review is based on my own personal experience. For starters, I really like the RK yellow switches that come with this keyboard. It has a nice tactile feel on all buttons and the sound that each keypress produces is satisfying to my ears. I am currently using this plugged in, but I have also tried the 2.4G wireless mode and it was also good. What I am really impressed by with this keyboard though is how compact it is for the 96 key form factor. After daily driving my DROP TKL keyboard for a few years, I was surprised to find that this is almost the same size as that keyboard. The switches are hot-swappable, so you can replace them with most of the 3 pin or 5 pin mechanical switches out there. As for some of the drawbacks, the wrist rest is not great and should either be replaced with a good quality one (like the GMK wooden wrist rest) or just not used entirely. The build quality of this keyboard is not as premium as my DROP keyboard, but that's a given considering the price and it doesn't feel like cheap plastic was used here. Overall, I'm actually quite pleased with this keyboard. I would recommend this as a great starter mechanical keyboard.

Great mechanical keyboard...one year later (update)
Edit: See below for original review. This paragraph is a one-year update. Keyboard has been mostly flawless since I received the replacement, but the battery now lasts about a week. I had returned my original RK keyboard because it did not hold a charge, and this one was good most of the year, but now I have to plug it in weekly. Again, not a major thing since it's on a desktop PC, but I have a Logitech K780 from 2021 that I have only had to replace the (non-rechargeable) batteries a couple times. I know rechargeable batteries do not have a long shelf life, but I was hoping for two to three years before I had to leave it constantly plugged in. The first one I received would not hold a charge. RK worked with me to troubleshoot but it was just a bad battery. They easily replaced it and the new one is perfect. I would not recommend it for gaming because it does not always register my keystrokes, but I really like it all around. (I still use it for gaming but I notice sometimes I hit a key and it doesnโt respond.) I donโt like that the lighting is behind the keys which can obscure the white writing on the keyboard. Makes it harder to see the keys. Would have like lit up letters on the keyboard. Volume control works great. Many lighting patterns if youโre into that kind of thing. Heavy and seems well made. Nice wrist rest. Overall nice keyboard

4.5 - good starter keyboard, wish the keys lit through the letters!
I've had this keyboard for about a month now, using it everyday for work + gaming. This is my first "fun" mechanical keyboard that I bought for a few reasons. 1. Already assembled - this is the main Pro of this keyboard. It's ready to go right out of the box, it's even partially charged! The packaging was also very nice and there were extra switches included too. 2. Switches - I got mine with the Yellow Switch, which sounds as I expected it to. I think they may be a bit louder than I would prefer IRL. I wfh so it's not a big deal but this keyboard may be too loud for people in coworking spaces. 3. The color - I love the shades of blue on this keyboard! I really like the feel of the keycaps as well. They are slightly tilted upwards, which makes it easy to find the keys you need while typing without looking. However, I can tell that these keycaps are slightly "cheap" feeling, even though I don't have much else to compare it to with this being my first keyboard. I can just tell by the way they feel. The keyboard itself is STURDY and has a nice weight to it! After a month of use, I'm still very happy with my purchase. As mentioned in the title, the backlight does not shine though the actual keys. So if you are in the dark, and don't have your keyboard totally memorized, that may be annoying. I don't mind too much but it's a small detail I wish that they would have paid attention to. I think it comes down to the fact that these are cheaper keycaps. As a first time keyboard purchase, I don't regret a thing! I feel comfortable now exploring other switches and modifying this keyboard as I gain confidence towards one day building my own from scratch :) 4.5/5 stars - would reccommend if you can get it on sale ;)

Perfect balance of sensitivity
I was slow to get on the mechanical keyboard train. I used a regular old Logitech keyboard for more than a decade before someone finally gifted me one for Christmas. Now, that doesn't mean I'm not really picky about my keyboards. One, I like the function buttons right on top of the number buttons. Not in sets of 4 like most keyboards... directly above is the way I prefer. That already eliminates a lot of keyboards. Two, I want a number keypad - it just makes some things easier. That eliminates even more. Royal kludge brand was really one of the few that offered mechanical keyboards fitting my two pre-requisites. I ended up trying more than one mechanical keyboard because I really don't understand the "colors" or what it really means in practice. I tried the light green one and that was way too "clicky." You had to really press down for the key to register. The other one I tried (gifted to me for Christmas) was way too sensitive - you breathed on a key and it entered. I'm a fast typer; as such, I can't have keys pressing willy nilly whenever my finger happens to graze the top of it. This one... was the perfect in between. Not too sensitive but easy to depress the key. It is my new gaming keyboard - I have found the one! This comes with a wrist rest, which attaches magnetically. Given how high this keyboard is, the wrist rest is absolutely necessary. The coloring is beautiful though, as well as the backlight. Very happy with this purchase - perfect for my Genshin and FF14. I can use it for office work as well.

First impressions - great budget buy!
First impressions: good quality build, the keyboard really doesnโt feel cheap at all to me. Itโs got a good weight to it and looks sleek (matches my โoceanโ theme perfectly). The typing is soooo nice, itโs got that milky sound to the keys which is my absolute favorite. Itโs super easy to use / set up, and the RBG brightness is good as well. Lots of options and the manual explains how to easily change through the presets. But my first impression of this product is that itโs very well made and so far it seems to be a great keyboard for the price! Very happy with this.

Comfortable and pleasant midpoint
I love this keyboard, the typing feel is very pleasant, and this 90% layout is great for those of us who use the numeric keyboard a lot but want something more compact than the full keyboard

Good keyboard with some software issues.
It's a great keyboard and a pleasure to type but it has some noticeable issues and inconveniences that shouldn't be there. Pros: Inexpensive mechanical, wireless keyboard -rgb lighting is dope and customizable -connectivity options include wired, Bluetooth, and wireless usb that comes with keyboard -built quality is pretty good -I love how this keyboard includes the number pad in the bottom right corner. Cons: -There is really one noticeable con that bothers me. It's issues with software, sometimes I can't detect the keyboard when using the software unless it's plugged in (won't show up when using Bluetooth). If you accidentally press the wrong thing on keyboard or update software, this can totally disable your keyboard to where it doesn't work at all if you disconnect it early by accident when it's updating. Sometimes the Bluetooth won't work, and the keys won't work, and I only had this keyboard for a few days now and I already had to look up repeatedly how to deal with these keyboard issues, nevertheless, I like it well enough to where I won't return it as I know what to look out for, so it doesn't lock up on me again. So overall, it's a great keyboard but it needs some Software work for it to earn 5 stars from me. Thank you for reading my review.

Amazing option for Gamers who want a Numpad and budget keyboard builders
I've bought this after some research, and have overall been very happy with it. The colors are very vibrant, and the built-in effects are very nice. They can be customized via software to an extent, but I'll talk about that later. The default switches have a satisfying feel, overall a nice typing experience. They don't require a lot of force to push in, and trigger very fast, so it's great for gaming. Disassembly is user-friendly, easy component swaps with hot swap and cleaning. The package comes with a Keycap and Switch Puller, which is a neat addition. The keyboard is very sturdy, and doesn't feel too cheap, even with its plastic case. It has a nice weight to it, but isn't too heavy to take on travelling. The Extendable feet are stable and provide a comfortable typing angle. The sound is really nice for the price point. Not overly loud, would probably work in an office space, but does have a little bit of 'thock' to it. Cable Connectivity is great, but the 2.4G connection does have a noticeable bit of latency and occasionally drops letters when going through a desk. Bluetooth however is moderate at best, and takes a while to connect. I wouldn't recommend running this wirelessly when cables are an option. While looking very nice, the default keycaps are prone to visible fingerprints and glossiness and require regular cleaning. Ergonomically, the keyboard is questionable, the hand rest is definitely not the most comfortable, but I haven't had any real issues with typing for extended amounts of time. The software is functional, however... I've spent more than 15 minutes figuring out which software is the right one; The download page has been updated since then, though, and it does give you the right software on the first try now. The software works, but is far behind something like ICUE or similar. Defining macros is cumbersome, and the "Real Time Lighting" is very slow and doesn't really convey a smooth effect. I'd recommend sticking to the built-in ones. The keyboard also doesn't support SignalRGB, which is a bummer but not a dealbreaker. In summary, this keyboard stands out for its build quality, especially for the price. It's great for people who type a lot, and for the price is a great base board for enthusiasts who would like to customize it further.
