they are made from mop stales about 1 inch diameter 25mm

No it's plastic - which keeps the rain off a bit :+)

Where is my windbreaker?? Says it's been dispatched, was supposed to be delivered last night and now no indication as to when it's coming!

We returned the items which were extremely poor quality, so maybe think about cancelling and ordering somewhere else.
