I ordered the womens 6.5-7 and the eu size is 37, what is eu size of the 7.5-8

It is 40. But I had to order a size 9. The still felt like a 8.5. So I gave mine away.

Yes, this does look unisex. Just order your regular size. It does not fit my wide feet well. My friend who wears a medium loves this.
