I can definitely tell the difference when I don’t take my daily dose. Taste great too. I just forget because you have to keep in fridge and I forget at 4 am before leaving the house for 12 hours.

I've used it for years. Always on time and in good condition. I don't know how to rate my health as a result of taking so many nutrients and I can only assume in my nearing 90 years old, and always improving my health by information, that this product is doing a good job in helping me keep strong muscles, good mental ability, Etc..

Due to the red coloring of the vitamin liquid, it makes it extremely hard to see the 1 mL mark on the dropper
