Easy to use. Tougher than expected before firing.
Being new to metal clay, I was really happy with the workability of the product. I’ve made several pieces and the only problem I’ve had was breaking one of them after the first phase fire. I now refrain from handling at all and just pour more carbon on top. I have been surprised at the slight flexibility of the dried clay before firing, and was able to press slightly warped pieces until flat. Carves and sands nicely too. And of course it looks great when finished.

The cheapest way to experiment with this technique. Instructions are not detailed enough
It's the cheapest way to experiment with metal clay. When you start working with metal clay (silver clay...) it's very common to spend at least 100-200 g in experiments that are not going to be good enough, as part of our discovery journey and process learning from this new technique. The instructions to use the oven with this brand are really hard to find and hard to understand. They lack crucial details to ensure that the process will be successful. There are some videos on youtube but only from the part when you mold the pieces out (the fun part), not the part with the oven. I beg the owners of this brand to do something about it!!!!!The size and type of the coal, the way they are spaced out inside and the way you handle the temperature in the oven will affect the outcome of your pieces. Some of them may crack, and that's why I prefer to keep using this. If I make a mistake it is not that painful.
