Café Santo Domingo Caracolillo, 16 oz Bag, Whole Bean Peaberry Coffee - Product from the Dominican Republic (Pack of 4)

I was first introduced to this brand on a missions trip to the Dominican Republic. The missionary heard that I was a big coffee head, and brought me a bag of his favorite blend on the second day. The minute I brewed it I was absolutely in love. When I got back home to the States I was sad that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the coffee any more once I ran out, but a quick Google search and a link to Amazon taught me otherwise. I have literally kept a bag in stock at my house at all times since. Do not sleep on these beans. They're fabulous.

The flavor is good but what I received was a larger than peaberry bean. I was going to order my usual pearberry when I did a search and found these at a really good price. Recieved four vacuum packed 1lb bags of what appeared to be standard sized beans.

Went to DR and had Santo Domingo coffee. Was so smooth! I found this special coffee online, and it's even better. One of the nicest, smooth, flavorful coffees I've ever had, and we drink a lot of coffee grown and roasted in a variety of places. Nothing like crappy Starbucks, a really nice mellow, full-bodied roast. Bought up the last 2 bags to make sure I had a supply...hope it comes back soon as I'm already into the 2nd bag!

This coffee is high on my top 10 list!I’ve been an avid coffee drinker for many years & have tried most of what’s out there, & without a doubt this ranks among the very best! Highly recommended!

I came across this coffee while visiting the Dominican Republic in March 2016; my friend served it with breakfast. I loved it SOOOOOOO much that I brought three bags home with me on the plane, and I gladly pay the crazy-high price of $18 per pound on Amazon (when I can get Dunkin Donuts for $8 at my local Walmart).I love it so much that if I don't finish the pot, I put it in the fridge and save it for later because I refuse to waste one drop by pouring it down the sink.I love it so much that when my mom asked to try it, I only gave her enough to make 4 cups because I was almost out, and Amazon said it was out of stock indefinitely.I love it so much that I had Amazon alert me when it came back in stock, and I promptly opened my wallet and spent $40 on it.Yes, it is THAT good.The flavor is light and delicate; it doesn't need much cream or sugar. To use heavy additives like flavored creamer is a sin and an offense to taste buds everywhere. You need a moment of silence as you drink this coffee so that the flavor touches every taste bud in your mouth and sinks into your soul.
