exactly as described
packaged well, fast shipping - bought them to use for a floor to ceiling cat tower, and it's working out very well, after covering it with tweed and burlap with a hot glue gun! Just need to cut a hole in one and place a round board between and get them installed now!

Good product: 12" Quik-Tube Concrete Form
When I ordered this in early July 2012, the price was $15.84 + $6.79 Shipping & Handling (Total $22.63). Today on Aug. 18, 2012, the prices is listed as "1 new from $230.77" why the price jump, I don't know. UPDATE 8/31/12: Price back down to what I paid :-)This took a while to ship but the company was straightforward that it would take time (about a week before it went to the mail). It arrived wrapped in cellophane but unharmed.FOR PEOPLE PLANNING HOME IMPROVEMENTS OR CONSTRUCTION:It's made of pressed fiber cardboard wrapped in a spiral and laminated with a waterproof surface that can tolerate being in soil and curing concrete. It is a sturdy product that can be banged around yet cut into shorter pieces or you can cut a hole in it. If you're using this to make a concrete column or post, this is a single use form that easily can be removed (well, it does require some pull). After removing it, the concrete surface needs minimal sanding down (if you're building a column, for instance). Definitely a lot less sanding down than when using wood forms.FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO MAKE CAT FURNITURE:I bought this to make tunnels for my cats. I just laid them down as-is on the floor in the cat den. My cats love them. They're sturdy and hardy and can take my cats walking and jumping on them. The laminated surface makes it unattractive for my cats to scratch and destroy. If I had time, I'd hot glue a light carpet inside and outside to make it more aesthetically pleasing and to give it more traction for the cats to trample on. You could half the tube vertically and make a cozy perch. I imagine this is what a lot of the cat furniture makers use because it's lightweight, inexpensive and strong.Overall, this is a great product for construction and DIY projects. The customer service is excellent. The price is better than the competition. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.
