I had a blocked ear for a few weeks and my usual remedies for this were not working. I came across this product and ordered it. The sprayer on it works very well and is easy to use, which I found to be much better and easier than using drops. I used it twice a day and massaged my ears, (as recommended). (I am unfortunately fairly impatient with things like this and if products don't appear to be working the first or second time, then I convince myself that they won't work!) After the first two applications, I was convinced that it wasn't working. But I tried to be patient and persevered with it for the next three days. After this time, my ear was totally unblocked and my hearing was back to normal and I have not had any more issues since then. It has been very effective. Through my experience of using this product, I would highly recommend it. I found it to be excellent value for money and I would definitely purchase this product again.

This Ear Wax Remover, along with the Medi Grade Ear Wax Syringe, worked impressively well. Used the spray regularly for several weeks, syringeing a couple of times with limited success until finally it cleared the ear wax completely.

So I’d had a blocked ear for a long time , possibly for years but in recent months it’d got so bad I could hardly hear anything at all in that ear . So I thought I’d give this ear spray a go . I used it for 7 days like it said but there was no difference . There might’ve been a slight difference but so slight I still couldn’t hear any better in that ear . So as there was some left in the bottle I thought I’d leave it 2 or 3 weeks and try again since it does say use for 7 days only . This time there was a definite improvement but it was still blocked , I could hear slightly better but it still wasn’t clear . So as there was still some left in the bottle luckily , again I waited a few weeks and tried again . This time there was a massive improvement , so much so that I think what was my bad ear is pretty much as good as my other ear ! I’m amazed that now I can hear probably as well in both ears ! It just doesn’t feel blocked anymore , it actually feels clear now . I think my ear must have been severely blocked with wax and stuff . I’m very happy I tried this spray as it worked for me , eventually ! I guess it would work differently for different people depending how blocked their ears actually are . I would highly recommend this spray and would say just persevere with it and be patient as it may not work straightaway like for me . I had no problems while using it and it was easy to use . I only gave the 4 star rating instead of 5 because it took a while to work for me . For anyone else it might work quickly . Nevertheless it did work so I’m very happy !

I've had issues with my hearing which I attributed to wax build-up so bought this product to see if it would help. It's professionally packaged and easy to administer, but in my case it made no difference so I had to visit a professional wax-removal audiologist to have several centimeters! of was removed from each ear. Last year I also had an ear infection which I got antibiotics for. So beware underestimating the effectiveness of home treatments - the problem might be bigger or more serious. Oh, and the audioologist recommended I try olive oil drops in the future as sodium bicarbonate can change the pH of the ear and in some cases encourage ear infections
