Can this be used on a 2 month old baby?

Yes! Started using when we got home from the hospital. Just dont put any lotion on their belly until after the cord falls off and heals. And do a skin test first- make sure they arnt allergic to it or anything -like on their knee. Congrats!

Could you use this on someone who wasn't a baby?

Yes you can, it's actually ideal for someone who has sensitive skin just like a baby does.
