Bought this after using one in my gym. This one's just amazing for the back and you use is by yourself. You my need to lie down on this on the floor and move up n down using your legs. Feels great and relaxing after workout. Light weight to carry. Size could have been a little longer but okay for medical muscular build body. Quality is great.

It's not heavy and not very hard. I have used it several times and I like the touch of it. Value for money I expected it to be a little heavier. Durability- I am not sure since it's hardly been a month. Quality seems ok to me.

I used it as soon as it arrived and it did help with the back pain. It got the job done and I'm happy for that. However, I'm not cool with writing a review being a part of how you activate warranty. Hence, the deduction of one star.

This is worst foam roller, the highest is totally unpractical, and it’s pretty soft and i can’t hold my weight exactly ( even i am 74kg)

I bought the smallest size (30x15) cms. It's a poor judgement on my part to buy this size. The dimensions are too big, making it slip off when I am doing thoracic spine rolling and oblique rolling. It's thickness prevents it from being stable and to roll on it. Second, the granules on it aren't big. Which means it won't give you the sensation or the piercing that is needed for relieving pain or muscle relaxation. Third, it's not entirely made of foam. It's my first foam roller so pardon me if I believe that foam rollers are entirely made of foam. A thin layer of foam is rolled onto a cylindrical object, hence making it hard. So, if you're buying this don't use it on areas like the spine. Your spine will start to hurt. Avoid bone contact. All in all, it's a bad product for me. In future I should go for thin foam rollers, by being mindful of the size, and for foam rollers that are 100% made of foam. Yes, it's cheap, but doesn't help.
