We threw out a part of this walk-in shower by mistake. And we love the finished product by the way. A phone call is all that was needed, we had a replacement part within 3 days. We consider this superior customer service with absolutely no hassle. We're old school, and this gentleman is a reminder of how business used to be conducted. No "choose this option" menu for five minutes. He answered, he took care of our problem. We are more than pleased.

Had this installed by our plumber. He remarked that it is a well made product. Shower base is very dense and sturdy and the completed shower looks very nice.

Fit and finish was excellent delivered on time

I bought this shower 4 piece kit to use in my newly remodeled bathroom. I like the idea of everything coming in one complete package ( base, back wall, two sides, drain kit, sealant). My HUGE problem was the kit they sent me was late and 3 of the 4 panels were in some shape or form damaged. It took an extended amount of time for the seller to send me a replacement but they eventually did and it was perfect. Other than the initial problem it went together well and in my opinion is very stout.
