Favorite piece of furniture
I. Love. This. Couch. Had it for several months now and I am still obsessed. These were super easy to put together. Each box came with a screw driver, extra bolts, and legs. It’s super customizable which I really like. We will most likely be getting more pieces in the future to make some matching chairs to go with the sofa. It’s very comfortable and I love making the arms and back recline a bit when reading or watching a movie. My husband and I have both napped on this couch dozens of times now it’s so comfortable. We have a bunch of kids so each cushion lifting for storage was a real game changer. Toys and blankets and even extra pillows all get stored underneath which helps cut down on clutter. Some of our younger kids have wiped dirty hands, spilled food, and even drawn on it with pen. With a furniture brush and a bit of soap, everything has come out of it and the fabric goes back to looking brand new without any wear. As a mom who wants nice things but also knows things will get messed with and dirty, this couch has been a godsend. The price was absolutely worth it. 10/10.

You won’t regret buying this!
I waited about a week to write this review to make sure I give the couch proper feedback. I love it. The color is just as pictured, the fabric is soft, the cushions are comfortable, and it was so easy to assemble. It takes a couple days for the cushions to expand, but once they do they are the perfect firmness. Surprisingly our cats fur doesn’t seem to stick to it like I thought it would which is super nice. The storage space is INSANE. I love that the backs/armrests are adjustable and the pieces are very easy to rearrange. I think we’ll definitely be adding more pieces when we move to a bigger space! The seller was amazing as well, they contacted me directly to make sure I know how many packages were coming and provided all tracking numbers. Definitely worth the money!

Fantastic with minor exception.
Very comfy, firm, and modular as advertised. The storage under the plank spans vs struts is unusable and un-desireable if that matters to you. Great color, fabric, and adjustment.

Gorgeous and classy, great value
The black velvet is gorgeous and classy, easy to put together, secured sections so no movement, can be arranged in a variety of ways and added to in the future. A bit firm, but the seats are deep and comfortable. Solid build with storage in every piece. This was a great purchase and value!

Great couch and superb customer service!
It is a light grey pictures don't so it justice. It is super soft velvet fabric. It was super easy to assemble my girls and I did it in no time. You can easily rearrange the pieces to whatever shape u want. We had a problem with a couple seats having a pattern in the fabric. Contacted belffin sent pics and video and they replaced them super fast. I couldn't be happier and was seriously shocked at the awesome customer service and response time. The couch arrived in 2 seperated shipments as did the replacements but it was worth the wait. Ps the cats love it especially the storage when we open the seats they climb right in haha.

Looks so cheap and very uncomfortable
Bought this couch based on good reviews and quite disappointed. It’s very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Back cushions look like I bought a $500 couch and not $1300 one. Quality is fine but it’s definitely not a couch you want in your living room. Looks cheap and just a meh overall. The fabric is so slippery and the couch is quite small. I would never recommend this couch if you buy it for your home - ok for a rental. Pros: easy to put together, good storage space.

Not Cat/Pet Friendly as Stated
While Belffin provided good customer service by immediately replacing the defective part, I am disappointed with the product itself. I purchased this set for one reason only — it was advertised as pet friendly. In the final bullet of the description, it states: “If your pet likes to claw the sofa, please don’t worry, the velvet fabric is sturdy and just blends in really well so won’t leave any marks.” Unfortunately, after only one month of use, that statement has proven untrue. I’m devastated. I spent a lot of time researching and ultimately chose Belffin based on the reviews and the promise that it was pet friendly. My couches already look like I’ve had them for years. If you have cats, this is not the set for you.
