We used them to go hiking and communicate with each other. They worked great, clear sound good range and battery life was excellent.

With my child while he’s out being active in our neighborhood. It works great when my partner& I test it on bike rides, etc& helped us a lot when we were backwoods camping recently.

So the first set that I did get it failed before testing, and 1 of the decided not to turn on after a charge, unsure of what happened, but the they sent me out a new set with little to no hassle, and those are working great with no functionality issues. I just wanted to let you guys know that I did start with that issue but any product will have 1 or 2 faulty products, but since no one else is reporting an issue I suspect I'm the only one. The walkies are made of some thicker plastic and seems relatively well weather sealing but I would not recommend dropping it in water or trying to submerge the walkie, but looks to have some like rain weather sealing. Buttons feel good quality and responsive. The walkes come with a belt clip, and a wired ear bud with a mic, I don't recommend using the ear bud. It doesn't fit well in the ear and the same design that was used like 30 years ago. It has 1 type A to type C USB charging cable. It also comes with 2 charging docks. Now, one negative is that there is nothing you can do if the battery dies while your out. There is no way to put normal battery's in it to keep going, but the battery life seams good so as long as you aren't doing a week long adventure with now way to charge them. Then you should be fine I find it easily lasting 3 to 4 days with occasional use. You do get 22 channels with about a mile range but if you want a little more distance then use the 15-22 channels due to the fact that they are more powerful channels. These walkies also come with a light on the top for the times you need more light but it doesn't come with a red light for those Astro photographers. Over all I'm happy with this walkie, but I just wish the range was farther, and the size was smaller. I'm mainly going to use these walkies for closer range communication and have another walkie for the long range. For the price its cheaper then buying the another long range walkie, So I would recommend it for its price but just remember the limitations, and that the results that my change with other interferences.

These are perfect for what we needed them for and the sound is very clear. I like that they don't have batteries and are rechargeable so I don't worry about my toddler using them as well. The best function is the ability to talk on more than one channel, I already purchased a second pair.

I really needed these to work while backing up the RV. They were hit and miss. Tried returning the item and i am past the return time window. Will have to see if they possibly work without haveing an RV between me and the driver!!

These are fantastic walkies. I needed a pair of walkies to help when parking my motorhome. So, one person can be outside and give instructions to the driver. I had another set from years ago, but these are far superior. The old set were like 'toys' compared to these. I really like the charging stations and also the option to charge directly using a USB cable. They come with an earpiece each so you can use them almost hands free, and just push a button on the earpiece cord. They are well constructed. The exterior is a hard plastic and not a rubber coating which is great as it will not disintegrate like rubber. I may also use this around the house so people can communicate when working from distance rooms and not have to shout at each other. It also has a built-in flashlight and alarm feature which I did not know it had when I ordered it. I tested the NOAA radio feature and it immediately picked up my local NOAA station. This is another really nice feature to have. I always wanted to get a weather radio, but now I don't need to. The audio quality is also good in terms of clarity. Love the bright colors as well. Will come in very handy when hiking during camping trips as well. The colors make sense especially if you take them out in the woods and set them down, they will be easy to spot. It's everything I needed and more.
