First impression
I wish I've read reviews more carefully instead of just looking at the rating. I am disappointed in printing quality. If there is any book that should avoid black and white printing it's definitely a cook book! There is no way to see how are meals supposed to look like and in many of them it's difficult to identify what exactly is on the photo. Not sure why they thought it would be a good idea to save cost by not printing it in colour, but I would far rather pay for that extra cost than end up with book I might not even use because of the said reasons. I will change rating to 5 stars in future if I find this book super helpful, other than that this is my first impression.

Important Book..
This cookbook is not just full of recipes. It contains information to help you understand what you are eating and what it is doing to your body. The recipes are easy to prepare. The icing on the cake is the meal plan. The meal plan helped me get started, which is the hardest part. I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who wants to start a different diet for healthy living.

Helpful Book..!!
This manual is dedicated to the anti-inflammatory diet, an eating style that not only helps you lose weight but also keeps chronic diseases under control by reducing their symptoms. A very healthy and balanced eating plan is proposed. There are many varied recipes that please all palates, the recipes are very simple to make and require a very short preparation time. Eating healthily without sacrificing taste is the best.

Helpful and easy recipes!
I have been on the look out for a book that helps with simple health recipes so that I can make various type of food. This was super helpful in my new journey of trying different types of food, and I was able to start quick since it came on time.

Best Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook!
This book, besides being perfectly organized, contains an endless (really endless) number of extremely simple possibilities, ranging from breakfasts. it has given me a whole range of different healthy foods and drinks that have contributed to improving my diet and my health.

Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook Great Recipes!
Healthy, special diet recipes usually sound unsatisfying, dry, dull & boring but this book is filled with so many delicious sounding recipes, with simple prep instructions using a huge variety of ingredients.

Great and Informative!
Loved the recipes, easy to read and follow. Great for quick meals. I’m no chef so the ease of the recipes really was a good fit for my level of cooking.

An Anti-Inflammatory diet doesn't sound complex. But this book does a good job explaining the purpose and has a diverse collection of dishes to support the diet. 100% recommend.
