Is this product legitimate? there was no seal

I purchased it last March - do not recall if it was sealed - but it is good stuff.

How full was your bottle? Was there a seal on it?

My bottle was completely full. I can't remember if there was a seal.

What are the actual ingredients in this? I see it's 61% alcohol, what about the rest? Thank you.

I will post a photo of the label from the larger container. That label shows the inactive ingredients, which are many.

Is this sanitizer gluten free?

To educate those above, if a person with celiac disease uses a sanitizer that has gluten in it (can be found in moisturizing and fragrance ingredients) and then, say, chews their nails, then they have been exposed to gluten and their small intestines get damaged in the same way a burn damages skin.
