Xtreme Aquatic Foods 2219-E Big Fella, 20 oz

Fish love it

It’s not cheap and couldn’t be 3 mils in size, but it doesn’t cloud up my 90 gallon & 55 gal sump like the big brands. Smells like fish, not grain and fillers. It sinks quickly. I had a 150 gal tall peacock tank that cracked at the bottom. I started over with two yellow labs and 4 bumblebees. 30 cichlids in 1.5 years. I like this food! This pic is 10 minutes after feeding.

Its ok not as good as others but ok . Doesent dirty water in any way so great for that . I bought for my oscars but there not realy into it but my plecos and cats corys etc eat it .so its great for them

There's no full ingredient on Amazon at the time of writing, so here's a picture of it. Yes, my variety of African cichlids gobble it up and Xtreme brand has a great reputation of quality. The shape is shockingly uniform and doesn't disintegrate quickly when it gets wet. The downside is that it contains Rice, Wheat, and Soy. For years, I've used only the grain-free food options, mostly from Your Fish Stuff. I've grown fish from fry, and maintained healthy adults off those foods. However, I thought getting something else in their diet with added vitamins might be a good idea, and finding grain-free fish food isn't easy. So, I've added some of this Xtreme food as a supplement to my daily regimen. It has many great ingredients, including vitamin supplementation, and good natural ingredients (like squid), that my fish aren't getting elsewhere. If you don't mind feeding your fish some grains, this is great food.

My fish loves these. The minute I pick up the container they swim excitedly towards me. Good value and they sink so they don’t float into the drain. No odor. The fish would eat out of my hand they like it so much.
