It's recommended to take each sachet in a large and full cup or glass of water, and stir it for 20 seconds, then drink it straight away after a meal.. Invaluable help for IBS sufferers
Great product, I suffer from IBS and one of these a day makes the worst of my symptoms entirely disappear. The only drawback for me is that it contains artificial sweeteners, but thats just my personal preference as I dislike those.

I use one sachet a day and happy with the results, though do have issues if I miss a day. Tastes similar to orange squash if you drink it as soon as it's made but becomes sludge like if you wait a few mins.
