子供が体操部で平均台の練習を自宅で行う用に購入しました。平均台のイメージができるので喜んで練習に使用してます。

This would not be a useful home practice beam for a serious gymnast, but it's excellent for my toddler to play on and practice balancing, particularly in those cold winter months when we need to get some energy out but we can't go outside. Folds up nicely and fits behind our couch - easy to store.

園で体操教室でも使用しています。平均台の補助なしでも安心してみていられます。ケガなくできるので良いです。

This beam folds up nicely and is light weight, however my daughter has a hard time because it is a little too soft and the seem where it folds is hard to walk over.
