Excellent ice packs
These are the best cold packs. Stay cold for a long time and mold to your limb while cold. I have had this two pack for three years and they are still like new.

collect the whole set!
Once I used a couple of these at someone else's house, ordering my own was a no brainer. You can freeze them for always ready ice packs or nuke them, they hold the heat or cold for a decent length of time, they're portable (great for travel) and flexible to mold in various ways. Highly recommend!

Stays Cold!
They get really cold, but stay soft against your back. Hold cold very well. Don't make your bed damp/wet, another plus!

Good cold pack for post-surgery back
This has been useful for cooling my back surgery incision. It stays cold a long time, first wrapped in a dishcloth and then on its own as it warms up. It is good alone but too thick to fit into my back brace, which came with a thinner gel pack. I haven't tried it warm and the microwave instructions look vague.
